Garmin Express 7.16.3.0, at least for Windows, is now available here in the States.

    Finally, after several back-and-forth emails and screenshots and tests, my "wireless" connection issue seems to be resolved. To blame -> backup folders of my Edge1040 on local PC drive :)))))))))

    I was almost thinking there is some residual USB connection somewhere on my registers, even after clean up and was considering that maybe I will have to reinstall my Windows again just to get rid of this stupid issue. 

    I would never thought about  the real issue here.
