GARMIN 780 change text version

Go to the main start up screen, press the "settings" icon and scroll down to "Language & Keyboard".  If your chosen language is not there you need to use the Garmin Express program on a PC to download it to the device.

If you in the atashed images the main menu is in Romanian but the garmin navigator program is in english. I want to change that english.

For example "Adress" in romanian must be "adresa".

In the "Language & Keyboard" menu there is "Text Language" which you have set to American English, you need to change that.  Mine is set to British English and shows "Petrol Stations" on the screen, change to American English and that icon changes to "Gas Stations".

I only have those 2 languages on mine, I deleted the rest to save space.  I believe the American English language is hard coded into the device, everything else is optional.

My Garmin is a DEZL 780 LMT-D and run into an Android 6.0, and your is different. The settings is different, anything is different.
