Purchased MAP with "Ready to activate" and not downloading

Hi. I´m from Brazil. I own a DriveSmart 61 LMT-S with North America NT, with no problems with updates. On December 13 2017 I bought at garmin.com, download version, the City Navigator South America NT, because the brazilian garmin site only sell the SD Card version. I downloaded it thru Garmin Express without problems, I got CNSA 2018.10 and 2018.20 back then.
Coincidently this December 13 2018, I decided to buy a newer version of the CN South America, as I was aware that the version 2019.20 was being mentioned in some forums. I bought it at garmin.com again, Download version, paid, got the confirmation email of the order, and proceeded to Garmin Express to download it to my GPS.

  • If the map is installed then it's an error, I suspect the GarminDevice.xml file hasn't correctly updated. Delete it from the Garmin folder on your device then reboot it, that will recreate the xml file. Now see what Express says.
