Error trying to update CN 2019.20 on Computer

I'm trying to update to the new Map Version 2019.20 in my PC. I successfully updated the Map on my Device (Drive5) but I want the PC installed version also (CN 2019.10) to use it with Basecamp. I tried the update on two different PCs (Windows 10, Spring 2018 Release) with no success. It's always the same:
The Update starts (see first Screenshot) and downloads some files, then the progress bar "hangs" while the is some heavy network traffic and after a timeout of a few minutes I get an error message (see second screenshot)
I had no problem updating the last version 2019.10 on my PC.
Of course I'm using the newest GE-Version and I have enough disk space.

  • Same with me on two different computers with two different devices. Folder CNEuroNTU_2019_20 is missing. Download retries do not help. :(
  • Strange as I've had no issues either on my Win10 or Win7 PCs. For those where it's not working it would help if you gave more detail rather than simply saying it's not working ;)

    As posted above though Garmin are aware of an issue and will post when that's resolved, but don't assume you all have the same issue.

    Same here, tried many times without success on my PC, working fine on my wifes Mac.
  • Where is it failing, as I posted above don't assume your issue is the same as everyone else's (it may be but helps to know how it's failing for you).

    @SUSSAM : I posted exactly where the problem lies for me.

    Log files show that the MD5 hash is wrong every time for CityNavigatorEuropeNTU2019.20Update.msi.

    It always the same wrong hash as given in my post above.

    Yes same thing in my log files, extract -

    Garmin Express Log files attached.
  • CityNavigatorEuropeNTU2019.20Update.msi and CNEuroNTU_2019_20 directory with all CNEURONT.* files are missing after download. _CityNavigatorEuropeNTU2019.20Update.msi.part is in temporary directory. Moving to download directory and renaming causes an error after call (likely caused by missing CNEURONT files).

    Good news. Today i tried again to update the map on my PC, and it suddenly works. Dont know why. I did'nt do any changes. Perhaps Garmin did something??
