the watch works everywhere else bluetooth and wifi. Just not usb.
Having RAW memory on these devices is not a common problem we have seen. (Yours is actually the first instance I have seen for this issue with this model.) I don't have any knowledge about your first Fenix 3 HR device, but most likely it was a different issue. We have not heard of many Fenix 3 HR devices being returned for malfunctions.
As mentioned, I recommend calling "">Product Support">Product Support" to have this device exchanged or returning it to where it was purchased. RAW memory may be causing only one issue right now, but it could definitely lead to bigger problems with the device going forward.
