I have just got myself a new pc with windows 10 and im still having the same problem I had before on my win 8.1 laptop.
Basecamp runs fine if I start it with out the satnav connected, but soon as I add the satnav or start it with it already connected, the software just stops.
so 2 different version of windows, 2 different pc's, different versions of basecamp, but always the same problem
  • Common part seems to be your satnav. Are you able to try someone else's to see if Basecamp then works?
