Garmin Express has uninstalled Basecamp and will not install new map on device!

I have run the new Express to update my Lifetime Europe map and not only has it removed Basecamp from my Windows 7 PC but refuses to load/update on the Nuvi775t. It has downloaded to the PC but I want it on my device as well. The error Express is saying is 'insufficient space on device' This may be so ( 1gb left) but in the past the Lifetime Updater has removed the old map and installed the new one automatically. I do not want to use an SD card.

How do I now go about putting the map on both device and PC?

When you click on the link select the 'Save as' option and you can then save it anywhere you want on your PC.

GarminMapUpdater doesn't "install". It self-extracts and runs. You can either save it, as SUSSAMB suggests or manually "install" it as I described in this post.

BTW GarminMapUpdater.exe is a self-extracting 7-Zip archive so you can manually extract the files shown in the above post using 7-Zip.
