BaseCamp not read map 3790T

BaseCamp not read the map of my NUVI 3790T :
"nüMaps Onetime

City Navigator ® Europe NT 2011" but if el mapa the "Wordwide Autorrute Basecamp.NR DEM"

What is the problem?

Hi !
I am experiencing the same behaviour of ELOYVL.

As soon as i run BC i can see red progress bar running for about 10 sec under the 3790 tree view on the left and then suddenly disappears . . .

It happens with latest maps City Navigator Europe 2011.20 , but i never tried before with factory installed maps 2011.10.

Is there something fundamentally different between the EU and US maps maybe? As I have said, this works as it should with City Navigator North America.

I agree , but Just Garmin can answer to us :).

Hi BiVOTAR,
I think the problem is related to initial use and 3790T with BC after updating the map. The problem happens to me on two different PCs with Win7
I works perfectly with a Dakota 20 and 4.0 TOPO Hispania.
I hope that Garmin will soon resolve.

We are looking into this issue and are cautiously optimistic that BaseCamp will be able to read these maps in an upcoming release.
