Removing a Garmin device from basecamp

How do I remove a Garmin GPS I no longer own from Basecamp?

Every time I open Basecamp an old Forerunner 405 comes up with 20 or so tracks listed below it....I delete the tracks but it pops up again every time I reopen.

Delete the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Devices/{ten digit code}

The ~/Library folder is hidden on newer OS X versions. Open a Finder Window and click the Go menu at the top of the screen…
