Basecamp not reading device maps (32x)

I found a few topics with similar problems but they are very old and usually don't solve the problem.

Problem:

I have bought an 32x with TopoActive EU Maps installed. The Maps have been updated and i had to buy a 32gb SD card for the update to fit. Everythinbg worked fine.

The first few times i have plugged the device in, Basecamp read the maps (One on device, two on SD card. It takes ages...) and i could use them. But now basecamp only shows one map on my SD card and it says "no valid map product" (in German, don't know what appears in english setting).

Anyone can help me out?

Yes, it should show the map on the etrex. Sorry; I missed that fact in your original post. That makes me suspect a corrupt preferences file on your Mac. It can be found in [your user name]/Library/Preferences/com.garmin.BaseCamp.plist

Copy it, then delete it and launch BC and see if things improve.

I did that. Now it shows the DEM Map and two invalid maps. That's a mini step in the right direction.

2nd Edit: Reinstalled all the Maps after formating the SD card. Deleted the .plist file. Still the same. 2/3 maps are not shown and the one showing isn't being read by BaseCamp. Well i guess i'll have to work with OSM Maps on BaseCamp...

Bit frustrating as the advantages over phone navigation keep diminishing and frankly there isn't much left
