VIRB edit keeps crashing - not sure what to do?

I tried to post the code, but there is a word limit of 10,000 and it said the code was something 53,000 words. Not sure where to start. I have rebooted, I have reloaded, I have re-downloaded, I have deleted and downloaded and re-loaded and rebooted....where to go from here?
• Sorry to see VIRB Edit's having problems for you! You can copy and paste that log and e-mail it to mac.virbedit [at] garmin [dot] com. That will add it to our bug reporter and we can look into solving this issue.

We don't have any consistently reproducible startup crashes on our radar at present. Do you have data that you've previously used with Mac VIRB Edit? Clips you've imported, videos you've created, etc?
• I have a similar problem, I've been using verb edit successfully on my i mac and have just bought a macbook pro so that I can edit on the go. When I first set up the macbook virb edit opened ok I then went to transfer some clips from an external HD, it started down loading them then crashed, now the app will not open. I have tried deleting it several times and re installing it from the app store and the Garmin website but I get the same error and it will not launch.
Please help.
• My VIRB Edit was suddenly keep crashing, I was trying to import a video, then crashed, i tried re-downloaded from App Store, or from the Garmin Site, still crashed, I can't even seen the initial screen! I have been updated to OS X 10.10.2 since my last use of VIRB Edit, was that the problem?
• I fixed! I just go to
/Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/Garmin VIRB Edit/Database/0/RawMovies/
and delete the just imported folder, VIRB Edit works again! I think it might be the source file I used to import.
• That would make sense because the application originally worked and then the problem started when I tried to import some VIRB clips from an external HD.
I've had a look for a similar folder but can't find anything, I'M afraid my computer skills are failing me as I know very little.
Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated
Im running OS X 10.10.2
• To clarify, is there a specific folder in that RawMovies database that you deleted to make VIRB Edit start up again? Zipping up one of those and sending it to [email protected] would go a long way toward fixing this issue. Knowing whether or not this happens repeatedly for the same imported movie would be a big deal for us, too.

IFANHO I've got no guarantee that this will work, but zipping up your entire 0/RawMovies/ folder (right click > compress ) and e-mailing that .zip to us could help us track it down and solve your issue, as well.

Any further info you guys can give us on this would be much appreciated. We're eager to fix this issue but don't know quite enough at the moment.
• Sorry, I don't know where to look for 0/RawMovies/ folder
• Finally tracked down the 0/RawMovies/ folder, sorry Zip file is too big, I'll need to figure out how to split it
• where did you find the folder/Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/Garmin VIRB Edit/Database/0/RawMovies/
i dont know how to find it?? i have the same issue :(
