Vivosport not responding to tuch

I just got this device out of the box, managed to connect to phone and set some setting. It updated to some new firmware 2.90 Now it seems to be locked. I have no idea how to turn on touch screen double tap doesn't work long press densest work, charging unit doesn't work, it is not recognized as a device in windows 10 I can't seem to get the folders to try to install 2.91 to see if it works. In short it's bricked. I am out of options and utterly disappointing with this device. Any suggestions on how to make it work. It seems to communicate with the mobile app, I can change setting and stuff but touch display is still not responding to anything I do. I'd post a video on youtube so you see how frustrating this stuff is.

  • after switching between 2.90 and 2.91 firmware a dozen of times, device started to respond as it should... I guess. Another thing I am having/had trouble with. There's a vivosport Cap Touch Panel software version 1.30. update in garmin express listed for this device, I get an error each time trying to install that file, just saying
