I got a strange issue for sleep tracking. I had the normal sleep starting and ending hours set for total 8 hours. However, I always got very long sleep hours such as 13 or 17. The predefined sleep hour limits do not work. Furthermore, for each sync, I got totally different sleep hours as shown in the attachments. Vivosmart 4 may load a cached value from somewhere. This issue occurs for both iOS and Android. I do not know if this is a hardware related problem. Did anyone have similar issue? ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1409948.pngciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1409949.png
Yes. I experienced the same problem. The actual sleep duration is 6 hours 35 minutes, but the Vivosmart 4 recorded it to above 12 hours. I have to adjust it manually later.
I've had the odd occasion where it would be accurate first thing in the morning only to find it added hours later on during the day. No idea what made the software think I had been sleeping longer ad hoc.
Same here. After waking up, the sleep times are accurate. Then, later in the day it adds on extra time. Today, it changed the start time for yesterday to half 5 in the afternoon! Completely ridiculous.
Mine is the opposite, it has me going to be 2 hours later than actual time, then they say I was awake for those two hours and last night it said I was awake most of the night, I was not, I know I slept or I would feel like hell. I have had my 4 for about two weeks now and so far I have had NO deep sleep—-at all!!!
Same here, stuck with Firmware 2.4 since Garmin isn't bothered to update their APAC firmware as fast. This is my second device, moving on to another brand as well.
I got 19:09 sleep hours today from Vivosmart 4. I do not think Garmin can fix this error. Garmin device counts any activity hour (driving, typing, gaming, etc) into sleep time when it detects any slow movement and slow pulse.
