Not really, the temperature shown by the device is not the temperature of your body. Could perhaps be closer to it, if you kept the watch in the crotch, under your pants, but am not sure wether it is really practical 
. If you do not mind, start an activity, and the temperature graph will be shown in the details of the activity in Garmin Connect.
