New refurbished Watch stuck in Test Mode

I've just purchased a newly refurbished Vivomove 3s. I've put it on charge for the first time and instead of having to choose a language i'm presented with what looks like diagnostic screens.

The firs screen shows the following: 

SW Ver  530-8

ON Time

ESN

DSPL T

scrolling right through the screens shows lots of other information but no way of quitting out of this or changing the display.

I've searched how to reset the watch but can only see options which ask me to select "Settings" from the menu but I can't get into any menus

There are no buttons on the watch so I have tried pressing the display for 15 seconds but that does nothing.

I've messaged the seller but I don't anticipate a response until next week.

Can anyone offer any advice?
