Vivomove Sport - Unable to connect to phone

Both my Vivomove sport watch + phone are paired. Bluetooth is enabled, but does not connect. The watch only connects while charging. I switched my phone off and on several times. Disconected bluetooth and connected again....I ahve tried several sugesstions. The watch is useless if not connected/synced with phone. Can I have a solution for this?

  • The problem isn't you in this case. The Vivomove Sport got an update sent out over a week ago that basically completely broke it. There's been no word from Garmin on when we can expect a fix but the latest update is absolutely riddled with bugs and problems.
