vivomove 3 can't switch off notifications

I have an iPhone with current IOS On the Connect app I have disabled notifications, however my new watch still notifies me when messages & calls arrive.

Any ideas about how to switch this off?

I also meant to also say I have disabled notifications to the Connect app via phone settings. But I’m still getting them on the watch.
