Vivomove 3s Loosing / resetting step count during the day

Hi all, hoping for a solution to this! 
My watch has begun to “loose” steps data during the day, restarting to zero. It’s fully charged and I haven’t noticed it crash - I assume it’s vibrate if it did?

I checked the app to see if I could spot any obvious issues and don’t understand why the steps graph looks like this, presumably the gap represents the bit where the steps were deleted? The only thing I can think of is that I opted not to record a walk when one was auto detected, this was only yesterday though and the issue has happened a few times now.

  • I am looking for an answer to this. I did a software update about 3 weeks ago and have had the problem ever since.

    I have done several hard resets and problem still persists.

    I notice the blue triangle appears when I look at message on my watch and that’s when the steps disappear…
