Hi, I'm in the UK and my 10 year old son was given a Vivofit Jr. 3 at Christmas, which he loves. Over the past couple of weeks he's developed what looks like a burn mark on his wrist, which he says is painful. He removes it regularly, washes regularly and we clean it to make it free of bacteria but it's getting to the stage where he can't wear it anymore. He doesn't have any other skin conditions and the mark is caused solely by wearing the watch. Do you have any suggestions what he can do or do you have an alternative strap he can use? Having said that, it's not caused by the strap it's the watch itself that's the issue. If this needs to be posted on a UK specific page please can you send me a link. Thank you
