Jr won't pair

My son received a Vivofit Jr for his birthday. I can't get the Jr app to pair with the watch. I've gotten as far as the "preparing" part of the setup screen. Garmin support has not been able to figure it out. Anyone else have this problem? I have a Galaxy S7 but I've also tried with an LG phone. No other problems with Garmin devices and my phone.

Unable to Pair

Hello,

Has anyone else having any issues pairing with the app? Any ideas how to fix it? I have tried connecting it to 2 different iphones and a google tablet without success. Any suggestions?

Yep, same with me. Tried my son's new Jr on two different Galaxy's...an S6 and an S7. Gets all the way through then hangs on the "Preparing" step.

Have you had any luck pairing? It's been over a week that I have been trying and the customer service department is not helpful at all!
