Screen display issues

Hi!
So I have had a vivo fit 4 for about a week and today it randomly changed it's display without my input to only show steps, a number that makes no sense and a signal icon on the main screen.

Under the steps is now an animation of a running show flying off, and under the mystery number there is an animation of a target. I can't make it go back to normal where I can see time/date/steps/distance/etc.. what's happened and how do I fix it? (Note: it also won't sync with app now?)

Any help greatly appreciated please and thank you! :)

Hello! Can you attach a picture of what you are seeing on the main screen now? Have you tried removing the watch from Garmin Connect and re-adding it?
