Everything else on my vivofit works, but the step counter. (which was working fine yesterday) Any thoughts? (no water or physical damage was or has been done to it).
The step count is dependent on your arm swinging back and forth when you walk/run. If your hands are still due to pushing anything (stroller, shopping cart, etc), the steps will not register. That's not specific to your watch, that's how every step-counting watch works. The only way around that would be to push the stroller only with the hand not wearing the watch or buy a foot pod.
