vivoactive 3 screen monochromatic (red)

Hello all,

I just put my wath on recharge and once recharged I see the screen is using only one color (red). Everything on screen uses only red.

Is it broken?

I already tried to restart it but nothing changes.

What else can I do?

Hi Jus,

I fixed it at no cost. I simply opened the watch (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_I7R252xMA) and then I saw there was a connector a bit loose. I pressed it in place and ...voilà: full color again.

Then I reglued the screen border and closed the watch.

Done.
