Bluetooth earbuds stutter

Using va3 music connection to Bluetooth earbuds left and right no wires. Recent purchase noticed stuttering when listening to music, especially when running and the arm motion going backwards and forwards. drops out or stutters every second or less. Which after a while is annoying as ***. Did some testing. It's not as bad when head or arm not moving.....kinda defeats the reason for having them!! 1 side on the other off, Works fine both ways. Power both on and off thinking it's a syncing issue between them. Battery on watch is above 20% usually ensure at 45% minimum when going for a run with GPS and music.

Earbuds work fine on phone even when I swing it around. I guess there is more juice pumping out the Bluetooth.

So the strange thing I noticed is that when watch is connected to phone I do not get the stutter on the earbuds. Once connection is lost either from distance or the service on phone or watch is disabled then the stutter begins. Earbuds are not paired to the phone. I don't want to take phone out with me whilst running, I wouldn't bother with the va3music otherwise

Any help suggestions appreciated

To add I have disabled Bluetooth connection to phone and disabled WiFi. No real change possibly made it worse. also tried placing watch on other wrist, again no change.

Just a thought, perhaps it is the access to the filesystem when you are running, perhaps set the recording to smart (check if not set to every second). Are you using any datafields that causes the effect ? I have not tried any of it, but perhaps it is related to something else than bluetooth.

Try putting your watch on the other wrist. Some buds its the right bud that receives.
