Heart Rate Notification - Help

Hi!

I have a Vivoactive 3.

I have no idea what this alert means. The watch will vibrate and it will display one of these two screens with no other information. When I tap on the screen or hit the button, nothing happens.

It usually happens when walking the dog, or just taking a walk. I am not recording an activity, just wearing the watch.

It makes me think it is letting me know which heart rate zone I am in, but I do not want it. Sometimes the watch will vibrate/alert me multiple times a minute. It has become rather annoying.

Any idea exactly what it is? How can I turn it off.

Any idea the difference between the two screens?

*EDIT: I have Abnormal Heart Rate turned off

    I 'think'(?) it is an an 'abnormal heart rate' alert.

    Turn it off under Settings, Sensors & Accessories (long touch on home / main watch face screen)

    Hey thanks, unfortunately that is not it. I thought it was too so I shut it off. I should have said that in the OP.

    I get these during an activity. In the settings I turned on 'warnings' on the max heartrate, but the watch gives me a waring for every zone. Is this perhaps turned on during the walking activity ?

    Thanks for the reply.

    When I get the alerts I am not in an activity. Just wearing the watch. I went ahead and deleted the Heart Rate alerts from the walking activity anyway to see what happens.

    So it turns out that if you have the heart rate zone alert set to on in a "Walk" activity, it automatically transfers on to just wearing the watch.
    Turning the "Zone" alert setting off in the "Walk" activity, stopped the alerts when not in an activity.
