Golf - ladies scorecard

I have Vivoactive 3 and can't work out how to change the scorecard to ladies - can anyone help? It's not for the distance, but rather for recording the scores.

When a score card is recorded in the Garmin Golf app (separate download) you can change the setting for the card to the tee you used (red or blue I assume), So, open the garmin golf app, go to score cards, select one, press the three dots in the upper right corner, select scorecard settings and change the Tee to whatever you played from.

The second option is to edit it on Garmin Connect in the golf section and again it is per card (the edit button is the pencil right next to the scores of the individual score card).

Yes, I know, a bit cumbersome since it does not tell you which default it uses, have not found where to set that yet.
