Loudspeaker turned on when you anwser call on the watch

Is it somehow possible to set on vivoactive 3 that when you answer the call on the watch, the loudspeaker on the phone would turn on?

I'm pretty sure that would be a function of the phone, not the watch.

on the iPhone:

go to General Settings -> Accessibility -> Call Audio Routing

where you can select the Automatic, Bluetooth headset, or Speaker

I chose the Bluetooth headset as most of the time if I choose to answer via the watch I am wearing the headphones and they are on. If the headphones are off it goes to the phone.

Anyone know how to do this on an android (Note 8)?
