Finish the workout if pay

Hi guys!

I have a VA3 (SW vers.: 6.60) and today I have found some bug.

During my bike ride I stopped to buy the ice cream in the shop. I pressed the button to pause the workout, then pressed and held the button to call the menu with Garmin Pay, paid successfully for the goods and found that gadget is in standby mode (with watch face). After I swiped left and right nothing have changed, so I pressed the button again. It was a start of the new workout and my previous ride was already finished and uploaded to a smartphone, but not paused.

What I should to do to continue my workout after payment?

Same on va3m. Garmin support have raised a bug ticket for it.

It's a known bug. In the meantime you can join the two workouts. Just Google "merge Garmin fit files" or someting like that. I did it a couple of times and it works like charm.

Haha...You MUST be fast if you have time to stop to pay for Ice Cream during an important race. ;)

Not ANOTHER bug ? Does it ever end, you would think this watch was still in development or something, Garmin are a joke

No, ice cream is for training only. To celebrate the successful finish as usually I buy the champagne
