Touchscreen Question

I have the music and going between the music app and running I do not have problems with response. It seems fine even after wiping sweat from my brow. Now, I might not select the right song list or podcast because I'm bouncing up and down but the device always responds. 

I find the touchscreen quite responsive even to sweaty fingers and even in light long finger cycling gloves.  If anything at times I've thought it was slightly too responsive in that it can change pages through a shirt.  Either because my other hand touched the shirt near the watch and even just the long sleeve shirt when sweaty rubbing against the watch face when hiking.

The subj with touch screen looks and seems more modern and cool, but honestly I'd advise the same model with more convenient old-school buttons - 645.

Great point.  This is one reason why Garmin offers both styles of products.  Some people and their use model prefer the touch screen, others the buttons.  I have worn both the VA3 and the 645 (during a test period I wore them both on the same wrist simultaneously) and for my use pattern and needs I prefer the VA3 touch screen and chose to go with it instead of the 645.  That's my preference, the next person, such as Konsta, will find they prefer the buttons.  We each have preferences that may be different.  Great to have a product line that offers similar products with each input methodology so each customer can choose what works best for them.
