Average Heart Rate during the day (NOT rhr)

Is there a way to see my average heart rate? All I can see is my resting heart rate and the highest heart rate. I would like to know the average heart rate during the whole day. That value times 3600 would be equal to the amount of heart beats in that day.

Isn't that available in the Garmin Connect Mobile app when you view HR activity?
