Whats the process to do this ? ive seen several threads for the H10 but not the H7

thanks

  • I have a Polar H7, you have to go to settings --> sensors --> add new --> heart rate.

After adding the sensor, you can see its ID. If you want to use it during an activity, ex bike, open bike app and wait until a pop-up notification of device synced.

Keep in mind that the Polar H7 only support Bluetooth so only one device can see the heart rate monitor at the same time, while the Polar H10 has both ANT+ and Bluetooth (so limitless devices can be connected at the same time),

Great thanks, done it:)  Ididn't realize that the H7 only works when the watch is in an activity! It doesn't work when no activity is selected..

  • I do not see sensors anywhere in my Connect app. I can only add a Garmin device. Can you direct me better?

  • You have to do it on your watch. Go to settings and the sensors option is the fifth one down right below watch faces

  • I've been using a Polar H7 for years to transmit HR to both a TomTom (GPS watch) and Polar S625X at the same time
