Can't download Deezer

Hi,
Having problems with my Vivoactive 3 music.
When I go to download the Deezer app using Garmin Connect, I'm told I need to update my watch using Garmin Express via a laptop.

I had this same issue on a recently tested fenix 5 plus, however I solved this by going in to devices on the Garmin Connect app and refreshing. This triggered a software update and the Deezer app would download.

However, no such update appears on my Vivoactive 3 music and I don't have a laptop to use the Garmin Express.

Can anyone help me ?

    I don't know if it will work, but I would try doing a Wi-Fi sync: it does update stuff that Garmin Connect won't, like the EPO.BIN file.

    You've probably got the APAC version of the watch which is STILL running version 3.10 (sort it out Garmin). Until you get software version 3.30 you can't use the Deezer app.
