I was just checking and am happy to see that Garmin Pay finally added Chase into the Visa section. Now if they can add Citibank to the MasterCard side, I will be all set!
As a follow up to my inability to get my card to work I finally got a call back from Chase saying it is only supported for Android, not iOS. Anybody else experience this?

I am using iOS Garmin Connect and had no trouble setting it up. The iOS is 11.3.1. I'm using an iPhone 7 Plus. Garmin Connect App version is 4.7.0.14. Hopefully you will be able to get them to troubleshoot it with these info.

I'm iOS also and no issues whatsoever - I've paid with my watch at CVS, Subway, and a few other places. The only thing I can imagine is if you have some other type of Chase VISA card - is it a debit card? Is it an actual credit card - ? Maybe it's the type of account you have ,at Chase, that doesn't support a virtual payment option....? (I'm grasping at straws here but don't know what else to tell ya....)
I was fairly certain that I just had someone who really didn't know what they were talking about, but thought I'd verify that it wasn't Apple trying to protect their own payment system. I suspect that the Amazon Prime card by Chase is just enough different to be causing the problem. Hopefully a fixable glitch rather than some corporate infighting.

I seem to recall some other post someplace in these forums where someone had mentioned that Amazon Prime Chase VISA card wasn't working for them either. I suspect that specific type of account at Chase doesn't support whatever is needed, for things like Garmin Pay and such to work. As a test, you might try and add it to your Apple Wallet to see if that works....

Can’t seem to add any of my cards to the wallet. It keeps saying “Bank not supported”. Tried chase amazon prime visa (works fine on Apple Watch), Bank of America ATM visa (2 of them). No go :(
