I'm 49, fairly fit but have noticed in the last 12 months I struggle to get my body battery to recharge fully, typically only adding 25-30 points from where I was the day before.
My stress levels aren't high, I sleep OK, try not to have too much screen time, eat well and don't drink alcohol or Caffeine. I'm currently going back to basics on my fitness training by doing lots of Zone 2 work.
I'm clueless as to how to improve this, or is this the way it is for someone at my life stage?
