Garmin Venu not showing Menstrual cycle information

On my watch I get the message: You haven't logged in a while, go to Garmin Connect. The information already exists in Garmin Connect, it just doesn't reach my watch. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

  • I am getting this same error. I tried disconnecting and re-syncing my watch and phone app. That did not resolve the issue. My profile is set up correctly as Female/Not Specified and my Garmin app is up to date. This is a very frustrating issue to have.
