Health Snapshot for the original Venu?

Is there a reason that the original Venu is not getting the Health Snapshot update?

The sensor should be capable of capturing the information, and I would like to be able to see my HRV, which Garmin is hiding currently.

    I don’t know other then they tend to not bring the new features / updates to older versions of the watches.  It’s disappointing.

    Disappointing, indeed.

    The Venu has Health Stats, but it doesn't expose HRV. Seriously annoying.

    I am using the HRV app but it doesn't do a snapshot at a predetermined time, like 6 in the morning,If I turn it on before I go to sleep, the watch is dead before I wake up, even if fully charged :(
