Garmin Venus SQ - Green HR Light Sensor not coming on

I just received my device on January 5th and loved it, but today all of sudden it stopped detecting my heart rate, and as a result all functionality is very limited.

I have done all the troubleshoots, and checked to make sure it is turned on under the heart rate widget, but nothing. Can I get some technical support?

Hi, this forum is user run. You’d need to go to support.garmin.com to start a chat with someone.

Usually doing a hard reset will fix this issue. Hold the A button down for about ten seconds until it shuts off (past any assistance notifications). Wait a few seconds then press the A button to turn it back on.

Thanks I knew that, but I also so Garmin respond to some messages like this in the past. I did contact them and am awaiting a response. I also did the hard reset many times already. I think there is just an issue somewhere much deeper that I can't solve or trouble shoot. Thanks CindiL for your thoughts.
