Does the Garmin Venu 2 have Beep Speaker?

I'm planning to buy a watch that can give Low Heart Rate warning (Bradycardia) while at rest. Does the Venu 2 have ability to make an audible BEEP sound for the Abnormal HR Alert function?

The venu supports vibrations and not beeps.
