Streak total on venu incorrect

I have a 65 day step goal streak.

My venu was alerting me of my streak very well till somewhere in the mid 40s. Then it stopped. Then it started over. I think it started over twice?

My app is correct at 65 days but it's a disappointment when you reach your goal and are alerted you have a 5 day streak. Why doesn't the watch know the accurate total?

A feature request is a feature that someone would like to see on the devices such as, having the watch show the same step streak as Garmin Connect instead of starting over. These requests will then be sent to our engineers to look over. However, it does not always mean the requested features will be implemented.

Garmin-Isabella I would think this is a bug isn't it? At what point does the venu decide to count the streak over? I made it the 40's and then had a few days of no streak alert. Then it seemed to be random with no consistency. This doesn't seem like a new feature at all. This seems like a current bug.

I agree, it isn't the best user experience and we are taking these requests and are passing it onto our engineering team.

I’m having a similar problem I updated the software (v 5.60) on my garmin venu a couple of days ago and I’m no longer seeing my goal streak when I reach my daily goal. My connect app shows the correct number of days but the watch no longer shows anything

Seems this problem never went away - already contacted Garmin, given two solutions but neither works. Oh well a glitch it is

Was a fix for this problem ever made available? I'm having the same issue--my connect app shows the correct streak (currently 69 days), but several days ago my Venu reset to 5 days. So frustrating!

I have not found one. Sorry
