Same here on my new Vivoactive 4s. According to some forums this seems to have been an issue for several months.

Just opened my new Vivioactive 4s. The wifi connection works in a seemingly random manner. I have connected twice. All other attempts (say 20 in total) resulted in error code 010. Seems like a very odd issue for what is supposed to be a high end product.
