How to export the saves gps coordinate

Hi community,

I have a venu 2 since yesterday ans one urgent question:

How can i export the saved gps positions (coordiantes) so that i can see them in google maps or kommot?

The garmin connect app does not show me this, or?

The GPS is actually only enabled during an activity, so choosing ' walking' for instance will show your gps position during the whole walk. Outside activities gps remembers your last coordinate but you cant see it anywhere other than on the watch (it is used in widgets/watch faces for instance for weather). The main reason is that GPS eats battery, so 5 days of watch face or 14 hours GPS that is the trade-off Garmin made to only enable it during an activity that supports it.
