Memory full despite trashing the Activity folder

I have followed the steps required to make room on my VenuSq however, it continues to show that my memory is full on my watch. I really don't know what else to do and would appreciate your help.

Remove all apps and watch faces also and connect via pc to garmin express to do the update.

Not sure that I have any apps. How do oyu connect t garmin express o do updat?

Connect the Venu SQ to your laptop via the charging cord. Download garmin express from the Garmin website.
