Battery Icons missing

We have two pairs of Vector V3's, Both running the same software and both the same model. On the about page one pair shows a 'sub-page' that shows a battery icon for each pedal. The other pair only have the about page, no sub page for battery icons. Any one else have this?

What device are you using to display the about page and what software build is it on? I'm assuming you are using the same device for both pedal sets.

Same 530 for both vectors, and both vectors are reporting the same software - 3.8 and the same model number for the vectors - 2787 - odd eh?

Are they both paired over ANT and both both sets report left and right status as being connected

Multi-component battery status reporting was added to support the new Di2 12 speed system with its wireless shifters.

I'm not sure if that should include Vector.

Well, we don't have Di2 on either bike, so I don't know; I must add here that isn't a complaint, it's 'a nice to have' feature though. Also, the batteries aren't listed as 1 - 2 but, 4 and 5
