Hello, Has anyone had problems when using spacers, low power reading? After having done a bike fit they installed the spacers and then I verified that the power read less a 20 / 30w tks
Are these the 2 mm spacers included with the Vector 3 pedals? If so you should have no problem. Ensure that the spindles are tightened properly, do a couple of sprint efforts, and then do a zero calibration from your head unit.
It is not recommended to use more than 2mm of spacers.
Yes i use the default spacers that came with the pedals. I have the fsa slk crank, read in past that vector2 had problems with this crank. I will try the sprints. tks
In the past I did a bunch of testing on an SLK crankset with Vector 1 and 2... no problems. Just use a pedal wrench to make sure your fitter tightened the pedals sufficiently and then go ride.
