I moved from regular ultegra cleats to the Vectors. To find the same position on the bike, and avoid knee pain, I needed to lift the saddle by about 10mm.

Yes DrKrown, I don't know about regular Ultegra cleats but when I changed my Look keo blade for Vector 3 since I could feel the difference I had to lift the saddle by 4mm .
Ultegra are quoted at 13.7 and Keo Carbon Blade at 13 / 14mm elsewhere, with (I believe) these including cleats which would suggest a 3mm - 4mm difference and need to raise saddle
Given this it ould be interested to see definite measurements and whether inc /exc cleats etc
I also have raised my saddle, just got a bike fit and the guy raised my saddle a considerable amount was riding different shoes and pedals before no knee issues, had a few knee issues when i switched to V3's but probably due to saddle height not being adjust right after I switched to the V3's. Since the fit I have biked a lot more with no knee issues. Its amazing what a bike fit does for your riding.
