Vector 3 Release Tension

Looking at buying the Vector 3 pedals but wanted to know how the release tension compares to other pedals (Garmin doesn't specify the min/max tension).

I've only used Shimano Ultegra SPD and currently Speedplay Light Action pedals as I'm fairly light weight so benefit from a lower release tension.

For me out of the box they were set to light had to tighten them down. Before going to the Vector 3 I used Shimano SPD-SL and SPD and have been very satisfied with the feel of the vector 3, what I dint care for was the 6 degree float I ended up going to the 0 degree.
