Blue triangle of Death after Update

Connected to Garmin Express which automatically downloaded an update. Watch now frozen screen with blue triangle and a hard reset will not clear the triangle or reboot watch. Any other suggestions???

I was using my Garmin vívofit version 3.00 and I think I must have triggered the Devoloper Crash Handler due to me exiting my timer and starting, stopping and exiting the stopwatch because a green triangle of death appeared on screen This is very weird and it doesn’t say anything about it in the instruction manual so do you know what it means because this is very weird.
