Garmin Tides App and the 935

So it seems like the 935 has been dropped from the Compatible Devices list for the Garmin Tides App:

Ver 1.2 had the 935 listed and I had it installed and it was working perfectly. I was using it 3-4x a week for surfing and standup paddling. Now the latest version has the 935 dropped from the list and when I installed the Beta 4.02 fw it was automatically uninstalled :mad: I am hoping this is an oversight by Garmin not including the 935 and it will be resolved soon :)

I could post this in the ConnectIQ forum but I am guessing that it is a different group doing the Garmin apps. It is a long shot, but if someone has the Garmin Tides app still installed and working on their 935 can you please send me a PM...thanks :)

I use the 935 for bike, run, pool swim, hiking, surf, sup and open water swim. Please don't comment if you don't use the app or that the 935 is a triathlon watch and why should it show tides :confused: It has Paddling and SUP apps and even a Boating app built in and tides are useful to some of us.

Have you tried "Contact developer" on there?

Maybe needs recompiling for the latest CIQ version.

And yes the 935 is whatever you want it to be. I play golf far more than I swim for instance and…

I am hoping that there wasn't a decision to make it only for the Fenix line of watches.

Is there any news regarding the availability of the Garmin Tides app for the 935?
As a new user of the 935, I also would really welcome the Tides app for my needs..

I would say that it doesn't look good for the 935 since the app was just updated and it is still not on the Compatible Devices list:

HermoT, interesting watch face for those who need tidal info right away.

Btw, just checked and Garmin has added back 935 support for the app on July 24th!
