Overnight it seems the calories and training effort from my Fenix 7 and HRM Pro are very off. Five-mile treadmill run that would have been 500ish calories showing as 220, with zero training effort, and described as a "Recovery" workout. Stamina not down at all despite 50 min of running. Before stamina would have dropped to about 60%.
I see other posts that suggest removing and replacing "profile" but I'm not sure what that refers to. Any and all help much appreciated!
