Garmin 735xt keeps freezing

After i do a run and stop and save activity the watch freezes.it operates 20 seconds behind when you push a button and has small issues with sync

If you're up to date with syncing all your activities, I would do a factory reset on the device.

Assuming you did a reset so it is back to "out of the box" condition, contact Garmin Support. Likely they will ask you to do a factory reset (again), then take it from there.

I only have a month wasnt expecting to be sending it back

Yes, I understand, but you might not have to. One thing I'd like to confirm. If the factory reset was successful, you should be prompted with the language selection. Otherwise it's not a true factory reset.

I understand that there is always issues with software, I had to do the hard reset once but this is becoming something very usual now, i didn’t record any activity and the watch got frozen twice. This is not what I expect and hopefully this does not continue.

the watch, which is a 735XT not under warranty anymore, can Garmin do something in this particular case? A replacement?

Contact them. There is a possibility that they can assist.
